In recent years, typhoons have been approaching Okinawa more frequently.

As a typhoon approaches, strong winds, heavy rain, and other severe weather conditions are expected. We kindly ask all residents to regularly check the latest weather information and the typhoon’s projected path, and to make the necessary preparations well in advance.

We also ask all tenants to take the following precautionary measures in advance of the approaching typhoon.

•Securing Outdoor Items

Please move potted plants, clotheslines, garbage bins, and any other loose items from balconies or outdoor areas indoors, or ensure they are securely fastened to prevent them from being blown away by strong winds.

•Cleaning Balcony and Rooftop Drains

Leaves, dirt, and debris accumulated in drains may obstruct water flow during heavy rainfall, potentially causing flooding or water leakage to lower floors. We kindly ask residents to clean drains regularly to help prevent such issues.

•Garage Precautions

Residents with garages are requested to install the support poles after closing their garage shutters.

Please also note that, depending on the typhoon’s development and severity, our office may temporarily close for safety reasons. Any updates regarding office operations will be announced here accordingly.
